Based on this, it doesn't appear that the issue is on my local PC / Outlook, but with the iCloud server then the account credentials appear to still be valid and I do not get a prompt for user name / password and synchronization takes place as it should. Without my manual intervention to click on dialog window asking for user name / password, the send / receive process for iCloud doesn't complete. The authentication process and the synchronization can continue. I will get between 2 and 7 prompts for the password (which is saved and correct) before the iCloud server accepts Getting prompted to enter the saved username / password for my iCloud account during every send / receive session initiated by Outlook 2007.
